60-Day Return Policy

If you need to return your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery at support@thezenhealth.com to request assistance. Your order is protected by our 60-Day return window—we’ll work with you to make it right according to the terms below.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Contact Support Please email our team at support@thezenhealth.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order #_____”. Our agents will confirm eligibility and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Step 2 — Ship Your Return Once your return is approved by our support team, please ship the items back within 7 calendar days. Use a trackable shipping method and email the tracking number to our support team.

Please Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package without first contacting support. We will provide you with the correct destination for returns when you contact us.

What Gets Refunded & Return Terms

To ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following terms regarding shipping costs and product condition:

  • Condition of Product: Refunds are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Only sealed, unopened bottles will qualify for refunds. Opened or tampered bottles are not eligible for a return.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You have two options for return shipping:

    1. We can send you a printable return shipping label. If you choose this option, $10 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the label.

    2. You can pay for shipping on your own using your local preferred shipping carrier.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.

  • Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to change these policies or deny a refund in specific cases where we suspect our policies are being abused.

Processing Times

  • Inspection & Approval: Typically 3–5 business days after the returned package arrives at our facility.

  • Bank / Issuer Timing:

    • Credit Card: 5–7 business days

    • Debit Card: 5–10 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

Eligibility Limits

To keep pricing fair for all customers:

  • Only one return per product per household within a 12-month period.

  • Bulk or reseller orders are not eligible.

  • Suspected misuse (e.g., repeated returns or altered items) may require verification or be declined.

  • In some cases, we may request additional proof verification details, such as photos of the received product or order verification.
